Our personal trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that improving your body can be challenging, and sometimes frustrating. Absolutely! I have a passion for helping kids of all ages! Being physically active not only creates a healthier body, it can greatly improve our self-esteem and mental health. While I take my work seriously, everyone who knows me can attest that I like to have fun. We'll have a good time while we train, which will keep your son wanting to come back for more.
Yes! While we can't change our body types, with proper diet and exercise programs even lean body types can add muscle to their frame. I have been very successful with clients wanting to build muscle. Sign up for a free consultation.
Online coaching varies greatly depending on the client, and the coach. Personally, I take time to get to know my clients and discuss their daily routine, fitness goals and financial situation in order to meet their needs. Some clients opt to simply have an exercise program created for them to follow, while others check in with me weekly to review their progress which often leads to some changes in their diet or exercise routine. The most unique online clients are those who recruit other family members living in their home to join them in their fitness journey. Family coaching is performed as a household, which is completely different than your typical online coaching, but has a high success rate because they all hold each other accountable. Generally, online coaching ranges from $150-$200 a month. After our free consultation, I am able to give you an exact quote.
